Returns and Exchanges
Our return period for standard (not custom) orders is 14 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund. Late returns may incur a 15% restocking fee. To request a return please email us at jlauryn@jlauryndesign.com including item(s) you would like to return or exchange, the order number and your contact information. Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

Any order purchased as a sale item is not refundable. Orders placed in December (as long as it is not a custom order) may be returned through January 6th, 2024.
Repairs
Please contact us if you are in need or a repair at jlauryn@jlauryndesign.com. Our basic repair fee is $50; however, it may be subject to change is additional materials and labor are required.
Lost an Earring?
Since we hand make our pieces, we will do our best to match your remaining earring. Please contact us at jlauryn@jlauryndesign.com to find out if we can remake the earring and what the pricing would be.
Custom Orders
A custom request is anything that requires me to order something specifically for you. Therefore, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I order the requested items.
A custom purchase is a partnership. It benefits both the seller and buyer to have clear expectations. We do our best to communicate everything throughout the design and fabrication process.
Please understand that the nature of a custom, handmade product is that it does not look machine made. If you desire that aesthetic, please check your local jeweler or other online sources and we hope you find something incredible and that suits you!
If you have ordered the incorrect size and we have already sent the ring off for casting or have fabricated the ring, a $45 resizing fee will be incurred. Thank you for understanding as it costs us extra money and time to remake the ring for you.
