How soon after placing an order will it be shipped?

If you placed an order that states it is 'ready to ship' then the order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.  If you have a customized order; like a ring; custom order or any other item not listed as ready to ship then we will begin making it right away, but it may take 2-3 weeks to ship.  If you have a time sensitive order, please contact jlauryn@jlauryndesign.com to discuss and ensure it can be made and shipped on time.

What shipping options are available?

Domestic orders are shipped USPS first class mail.  Any orders over $100 qualify for free USPS first class shipping.  This can take 5 business days to deliver.  International orders may incur VAT or customs fees; these are the responsibility of the customer.  Any orders refused for lack of payment will be returned to us and refunded less the shipping costs.  For information on your country's policies regarding imports, please visit your country's customs website.

What is your return policy?
