How soon after placing an order will it be shipped?
If you placed an order that states it is 'ready to ship' then the order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. If you have a customized order; like a ring; custom order or any other item not listed as ready to ship then we will begin making it right away, but it may take 2-3 weeks to ship. If you have a time sensitive order, please contact jlauryn@jlauryndesign.com to discuss and ensure it can be made and shipped on time.
What shipping options are available?
Domestic orders are shipped USPS first class mail. Any orders over $100 qualify for free USPS first class shipping. This can take 5 business days to deliver. International orders may incur VAT or customs fees; these are the responsibility of the customer. Any orders refused for lack of payment will be returned to us and refunded less the shipping costs. For information on your country's policies regarding imports, please visit your country's customs website.
What is your return policy?
Orders are eligible for return for a refund, if the piece is returned to us within 14 days of being delivered. Return shipping is not covered by us. Please reach out to us with your return request so that we can discuss the details. Please note that custom orders and items purchased on sale are not returnable.
What type of metal is used in J Lauryn Design jewelry?
We strive for recycled content from trusted sources. We use sterling silver, fine silver, gold filled, 10k, 14k, 18k and 22k gold.
Can I resize my ring?
We are able to resize rings, but some rings are not able to be adjusted. Some require an entire rebuild. Please contact us to request a resize or discuss options. Jlauryn@jlauryndesign.com
Can I apply a promo code to a past order?
We are sorry, we cannot apply a promo code to an order that was already processed.
Why do the stones on my piece look different from the website?
All stones are natural, so they have unique qualities. Most of the stones have inclusions, natural textures and colors that differ between stones.
How do I care for my jewelry?
You have invested in a handmade piece of quality craftsmanship that requires proper care and attention. Please refer to the "How to care for your jewelry" section.
